I help businesses develop strategies to engage customers and increase revenue by integrating analytics and machine learning into their core marketing, sales, and service operations.

I’m currently an Architect with the Business Strategy team at Atrium. We specialize in designing multi-cloud systems to manage customer data and enable AI based predictions, recommendations, and actions that deliver better customer experiences and improved business outcomes for our clients. Our technology focus areas include Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, AWS, Google, and the leading data platforms.

Prior to joining Atrium, I’ve led both consulting and client teams to deliver complex CRM strategy and implementation projects. I was a Business Architect with Appirio (recently acquired by Wipro) where I designed and delivered enterprise CRM projects in the financial services sector. As Director of CRM for The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF), led cross functional teams and multiple consultants in their successful transformation to modern CRM and marketing technology infrastructure.

Before joining MJFF, I managed digital marketing and CRM for the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF) where I am built CRM, analytics, and social media tools that improve the medical education experience for doctors working at the leading edge of cardiovascular care.
